Being one of the eight different branches of business within the structure of Küpeliler A.Ş., Küpeliler Packing went into operation at the beginning of 2002 in an indoor area of 10.000 m² in our plant located in Organized Industry Zone, 10th Street, No: 19. Bearing the capacity of processing annually 40.000 m³ plank timber in two shifts, Küpeliler Packing Plant manufactures 1st class products by fully automatic machines and using licensed ring nails in compliance with the World Standards and with EURO Pallet “EPAL” (European Pallet Association) and “DB” (European Association of Railways) licenses.
The Plant is one of the few companies in Turkey which manufacture Euro Pallet.
Furthermore, the Plant engages in manufacturing different sizes of pallets, boxes, cases, separators, planks, wainscots and structural lumbers with/without heat treatment in accordance with the demands of companies, which requires special operations.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on Marking Wood Package Materials, our Company obtained a License for Marking Wood Package Materials, License No: 111 from T.R. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, General Directorate of Protection and Control on 15.03.2005.  Code Number: HT-DB 111.

Heat treatment is carried out by using a computer-controlled automatic drying furnace system.

HEAT TREATMENT: Packing materials are heated with a nucleus temperature of at least 56°C for 30 minutes.  The objective of establishing and implementing a heat treatment standard and subjection to heat treatment is to render quarantined agents and disease factors harmless and to minimize the risk of spread due to international transportation.
