Küpeliler A.Ş. was established in Eskişehir in 1981 by Hasan and Nadir Küpeli brothers in building material marketing with a capital of $100. Having been started in business by selling cement and building materials, Küpeliler A.Ş. rapidly succeeded in becoming one of the leader companies in the sector thanks to its commercial spirit which prioritizes trustworthiness and customer satisfaction in competition.
The key consideration of this success is that the company has always remained true to its words and never deferred a payment. In fact, the company owes such a phenomenal growth without having any capital difficulties to sticking to debt repayments. The establishment, which had survived under the partnership of Hasan - Nadir Küpeli until 1993 when it incorporated under the name “Küpeliler A.Ş.”, has five different companies with a paid-in capital of eight million American Dollars. These companies are namely Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant established in 2000, Küpeliler Pipe Production Plant established in 2001, Wood Package Plant established in 2002 and HNK Design Limited Liability Company established in the U.S, New York in 2003. In 2004, Simav Particle Board was taken over. In 2005, the regional dealer of Nissan Automotive commenced to render service and in 2006, Suntasan Forest Products Production Plant was incorporated in Küpeliler in Eskişehir Organized Industry Zone.
